Exploding box with chocolate

Här har jag gjort en exploding box som döljer en god överraskning. Från utsidan anas ingen oråd, locket är romantiskt dekorerat med blommor, pärlor och en skir dubbelrosett av organza. Men lyfter man på locket ...

... så avslöjas en söt överraskning för mottagaren!

... the inside reveals a sweet surprise for the receiver!

Stämpeln säger precis som det är! Lite choklad skadar inte. I alla fall inte ett par små bitar :)

The sentiment simply tells the truth! A little chocolate won't hurt, at least not just a couple of small pieces :)

Angels in an exploding box

Vi firar årets sista dag med en söt liten exploding box, där ett enda ark cardstock (12 tum) räcker till både ask och lock. Asken är vikt av ett papper med måtten 21 x 21 cm, och locket av 9,5 x 9,5 cm.

Let's celebrate the very last day of this year with a tiny exploding box, where one single sheet of cardstock (12 inches) is enough to make both box and lid. The box is folded by a sheet measuring 21 x 21 cm, and the lid from 9,5 x 9,5 cm.

På locket har jag dekorerat med en urklippt bild ur ett av Reprints fina designark. Både blommor och änglavingarna glittrar av stickles. Jag har använt Stardust, den har ingen egen färg utan reflekterar den färg som är under vilket gör att den passar på precis allt!

I decorated the lid with a fuzzy cut image from one of the gorgeous papers from Reprint's own collection. Flowers and the angel wings are glistening from a coat of Stickles. I used Stardust which hasn't got any color of it's own but reflects the colors that it is applied on, making it perfect for practically any paper or pattern!

På de små mellanväggarna har jag stämplat upprepade gånger med en riktig favoritstämpel, en blomma med mycket stämpelyta som gör den perfekt för att skapa egna mönsterpapper.

I stamped repeatedly with one of my favourite stamps, a flower with a lot of rubber surface, on the inside of the box.

I botten av asken gömmer sig ett par änglar som även de är urlippta ur samma ark som änglarna på framsidan, men här är de i mindre upplaga. Här skulle man såklart kunna lägga en fin pralin eller en annan överraskning! :)

Yet another couple of fuzzycut angels (from the same design paper) are hiding in the bottom of the box. One could of course place a nice piece of chocolate or some other sweet gift here instead! :)
