Jag gillar verkligen att leka med distresser, och att göra distressrutor är alltid lika roligt - och ger oftast oväntade resultat! I guiden på Svensk Scrapbooking använder vi stämplar för att dekorera rutan, men här testade jag superfina rub-ons från Best Creations och det blev verkligen bra. Kortet är för Reprint och allt material kommer därifrån. Pappret är från Webster's Pages.

I really like to play around with my distress inks, and these distress squares are always fun to make - and the results are usually a nice surprise! In the guide at Svensk Scrapbooking, we used stamps to decorate the squares, but on this card for Reprint I used some gorgeous rub-ons from Best Creations. I really like how it turned out.

Summer is here

Sommaren är verkligen här och premiärdoppet står för dörren. Strandliv verkar även stå på schemat för den här damen från ett av Graphic 45s ljuvliga papper (On the Boardwalk Collection) i sin randiga baddräkt. En sån skulle jag kunna tänka mig! Fast just den här har fått lite extra bling med hjälp av stickles ... Det prickiga pappret och frimärksserien är ur samma serie, och resten av materialet är från Reprint.

Summer is finally here, and it's time to go swimming. At least that's what this lovely lady from one of the papers in Graphic 45's series On the Boardwalk Collection seems to be planning. What about that beautiful bathing suit! I'd like onbe of those, althougt this particular one got some extra bling from stickles ... The dotted paper is also from the On the Boardwalk paper collection and the rest of the material is from Reprint.
