Candle holders

Det är superenkelt att fixa till glasburkar så att de blir fina ljuslyktor. De här har jag gjort med material från Reprint.

It's really easy to make your own candle holders from glass jars. These ones I made with material from Reprint.



Det här är allt som behövs, en rendiskad glasburk, akrylfärg och band eller spets.

This is really all you need, a clead glass jag, acrylic paing and some ribbon or lace.



Häll lite akrylfärg i burken, tunna ut den med lite vatten och snurra på burken så att det kommer ett lager färg på hela insidan.

Pour some paint in the jar, make it a bit thinner with a little water, and twirl the jar so the whole inside of the jar gets a coat of paing.



Vänta tills färgen torkar ...

Wait until the paint is dry ...



Gå sedan loss med rub-ons på den torra utsidan. Och så lite band eller spets högst upp.

Do your magic with rub-ons on the dry outside. And add a little ribbon to the top.



Så var det klart. Bara att njuta av det härliga skenet en ljummen sommarkväll! (Den lilla burken har det varit stenbitsrom i. Perfekt storlek för ett värmeljus!)

All done! All you need to do now is to enjoy the soft light on a warm summer night.

I really like to play around with my distress inks, and these distress squares are always fun to make - and the results are usually a nice surprise! In the guide at Svensk Scrapbooking, we used stamps to decorate the squares, but on this card for Reprint I used some gorgeous rub-ons from Best Creations. I really like how it turned out.
